Refund Policy

Effective Date: 10 November 2025

1. Return Eligibility

All products must be returned in original condition. As our tints are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted. Returns are allowed only if there is a sizing mistake by Tintify.

2. Return Period

You must request a return within 7 days from receiving your order.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Tintify will issue the refund within 2–3 business days, while the rest of the processing time depends on your bank.

4. Proof Required

To process a return, you must provide:

  • Proof of payment

  • Original packing

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our sizing mistake, Tintify will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • All custom-made tints cannot be returned unless Tintify made a sizing mistake.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by Bahrain laws.
