Tintify makes custom-cut removable car window tint sheets for the vehicle details you provide. Selecting the correct vehicle and window coverage is the first step toward a proper fit. This guide explains the information we need and how installation differs by window type.
Tell us about your vehicle
When ordering, enter the make, model and year, then choose the windows and shade. Some versions of the same vehicle can have different window shapes, so Tintify may follow up to confirm measurements before preparing your order. In Bahrain, measurements can be arranged when needed; for customers elsewhere in the GCC, Tintify can arrange the details remotely before preparation. Contact us if you are uncertain about your vehicle variant.
Framed and frameless side windows
On framed side windows, the custom-cut sheet is positioned at the window seal as described in the product's installation guidance. Frameless side doors need the small clear 3M tape pieces provided for that application. Follow the instructions for the exact sheet you purchased rather than assuming every window installs the same way.
Front and rear windshields
Windshield shape and curvature vary by car. Review the dedicated installation guidance for front windshield and rear windshield sheets. Depending on the window and the supplied fitting method, extra securing steps may be required. If your car has unusual curvature or you are unsure of the installation method, speak with Tintify before ordering or fitting.
Before installation
- Confirm the supplied sheet matches the window and vehicle details on your order.
- Read the product's installation guide from start to finish.
- Clean and prepare the glass as directed, then use the fitting method specified for that window.
- Contact Tintify if you need help identifying the correct method for your car.
