- Payment can be made via Tap or other supported payment gateways.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate order, vehicle, contact, and payment information.
- For payment disputes or failed transactions, customers should first contact Tintify. If necessary, resolution with the bank or payment provider may follow.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Tintify is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs procedures, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or delays caused by third-party carriers.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements, sizing issues, product defects, scratches, physical damage, and other product-related complaints are governed by Tintify's Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms or the Return & Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable Bahrain law.

9. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable Bahrain law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tintify, its affiliates, and employees from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.
Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify Tintify for matters for which such indemnification cannot legally be required.
