Frameless side windows: We use small clear 3M tape pieces to keep the tint sheet secure. Framed side windows fit into the window seal.

Tintify sheets help soften sunlight and add privacy while keeping a clean look. They can be removed and reinstalled with proper handling and the installation steps for each window.

Framed side-window sheets sit in the window seal. Frameless side doors use small clear 3M tape pieces for support. Front and rear windshields have their own fitting steps, with Velcro pieces used where needed. See the installation guide for your chosen windows.

We recommend removing existing tint or stickers before installation. Holding a sheet against the glass alone does not confirm its fit; install it as described below.

Front windshield

Carefully peel off the protective film. Keep the sheet flat and avoid creasing it.
Place the peeled side against the inside of the windshield, starting with the bottom corners.
Hold the bottom edge in place, then gently smooth the sheet upward and secure the upper corners.
Check the middle for gaps and adjust the sheet gently if needed.
If a gap remains under the rear-view mirror, use a Velcro piece there if needed.
Wipe away fingerprints with a clean microfiber cloth.

Rear windshield

Carefully peel off the protective film without folding the sheet.
Place the peeled side against the inside of the rear windshield. Position the bottom corners first.
Secure the bottom edge, then gently smooth the sheet upward toward the edges.
Check the middle and corners for gaps.
If needed, use Velcro pieces at the corners or center to help the sheet sit securely.
Wipe away fingerprints with a clean microfiber cloth.

Front and rear door windows

Lower the window halfway and locate the gap between the glass and its rubber seal.
Carefully peel off the protective film.
Place the peeled side against the inside of the glass and slide the lower edge into the gap beside the rubber seal.
Align the sheet with the window, hold it in place and gently raise the glass.
Adjust the top edge and corners so the sheet sits securely in the seal.

Rear door quarter windows

Carefully peel off the protective film.
Insert the lower edge inside the rubber seal.
Insert the top edge and gently secure the sheet.

Fixed quarter glass

Carefully peel off the protective film.
Check that the sheet matches the shape of the glass.
Insert one edge into the rubber seal first.
Gently tuck in the other edge and check the fit.

Will Tintify™ damage my windows?

Tintify sheets are designed to be removable. Framed side-window sheets fit into the window seal. Frameless side doors need small clear 3M tape pieces to keep the sheet secure. Follow the installation guide for the windows you selected, and remove any attachment pieces carefully.

Can I remove and reinstall the tint later?

Yes. Tintify™ is removable and reusable, allowing you to remove and reinstall it when needed. Proper handling, removal, cleaning, and storage are important to maintain the condition of the tint.

Does it help reduce heat in the sedan cabin?

Yes. Tintify™ can help reduce sunlight, glare, and solar heat entering through the windows, which may improve cabin comfort during hot weather.

Will it stay secure while driving?

When fitted according to the relevant installation guide, the sheets are designed to stay in place during normal driving. Frameless side doors require the small clear 3M tape pieces; front and rear windshields have their own installation steps.

Should I remove existing permanent tint before installing this?

Yes. We recommend removing any existing tint, stickers, films, decals, or adhesive materials before installing Tintify™ for the best fit and installation. If you choose to leave existing materials in place, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy regarding potential damage to pre-existing materials.
